• Please keep noise to a minimum after 22:00 WITA.
• The possession or use of illegal drugs or prohibited items is strictly prohibited.
• Please do not damage or remove any villa property.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Please help us maintain the cleanliness of the villa and surrounding areas.
• Any damage to or loss of villa property may be subject to replacement charges.

Guests are welcome to order food from outside.
Please ensure that food deliveries follow the villa’s security and access procedures.

Check-out Time: 09:00 – 12:00
Before leaving the villa, please make sure that:
